I installed the Tube in an amplifier and its glows, no further testing was done. That's the extent of testing I was able to do. I do not have a tube tester to test it. 
The glass is dirty, shows some dust, dirt and fingerprint marks that I wasn't able to remove. The base has some play in it and may need some glue. Shows some cosmetic wear. Some fading on the text on the glass. Some coating peeling off on inside part shown in final photo. See photos.
