Drama Bow, Big Drama Shoulder Vintage 60s 70s Navy Blue Midi Evening Gown, Dress

Has Union made in USA tag. Marked size 10 but please see pictures for exact measurements.

This is in great condition for a vintage dress. I could not feel any flaws to the material. I did see some thread issues but it is on the inside of the slit. I also noticed a thread that looks to be maybe loosing up or perhaps it has always been that way. Please see last 2 pictures.

The matching sash can be made into a dramatic bow for front or backside. The material is nice and crisp feel with lots of dimension. Maybe taffeta but no materials tag to be sure. The shoulders are puffy and have some plastic leaves appliqué. Please see pics for approx measurements.
