Tank and/or lid usually stamped 834-219. Your tank and/or lid may be stamped Pegasus, or Glacier Bay, or Niagara. They all 3 made identical toilets that have interchangeable tank lids. 

Measure on bottom of lid at greatest outside measurement to match size. 

This particular lid measures approximately 17-7/8" x 8-1/4" on the bottom at greatest dimensions.

All flaws, while very minor, are noted with red arrows in the pictures. A couple tiny specks the size of a dot from a ball point pen. And there is a light scratch on top on the surface coat that I tried to photograph and it would never come through in photos. You can only see it if you catch the light at just the right angle. Overall it looks good, I just try to be transparent in my listings.   

This is an authentic, original lid, not a reproduction. Lid has been cleaned and sanitized.
