JA Conley was incorporated in 1958 & lasted nearly 4 decades. James A was a businessman & civic activist. He passed on 5 days before his 91st birthday in 2009.

Periwinkle cloisonné with gold plating. Pat cat joint & stem attachment. Stamped 10k gf.  The emblem was stored as a sample on a foam insert. This left a bit of residue on the back. (could be soft scrubbed off) Otherwise excellent unused condition.  View pictures. A nice collectible!
