You are buying this Vintage SpongeBob Square Pants Surfing - Spinning Lollipop holder.

Has been stored haphazardly since the early 00's.  NO LOLLIPOP!   NOT WORKING!  I removed the lollipop before storage but did not remove the batteries.  I did not remove the battery now to check it.  May work fine but let's pretend it does not.
