"It's a Beautiful Night. I Think I'll Disappear Forever was conceived on a weeknight in September about a year before the pandemic. None of the songs were written. I didn’t know it would be an album. Or music, even. All I knew was that I was standing at the far end of the empty parking lot of a train station thirteen miles north of Boston, Massachusetts. The lot spilled into an anonymous highway where everyone still awake and driving dreamed about heading any direction but home. It was the most beautiful night.
This album is for anyone whose memories have caught up–good, bad, painful, sad, excruciating, transcendent, or all of the above–and you’re ready to make peace and move on. And it’s a beautiful night in some unremarkable place and despite everything that’s come before, you cannot wait to see what’s next." -- Tim Howd
