The RED109SHTL/PLS is a compact, matchbox electronic ballast from leading lighting manufacturer Philips. 

HFM109SH is designed to operate either a 6W or 8W T5 lamp, or the 7W,9W or 11W PLS compact 4 pin lamps, which can be found in such locations as an emergency bulk head fitting or decorative uplighter luminaires.

The HF-Matchbox range of multi wattage ballasts from Philips feature push wire terminals, for ease of installation with solid core lighting cable, a compact size to fit most lighting applications and a ballast safety cut-out protection for the end of lamp life/failure.
