Your satisfaction is important so returns are accepted for non-electrical products for 30 days. All returns require prior authorization by contacting Customer Service. At our sole discretion, we may accept returns for exchange or refund. Items must be in same condition as shipped. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for a refund.
