This is a pulled from reclaim Mcintosh dual headphone jack assembly for the MAC4100 stereo receiver. It has been fully tested and works good. It comes with the plug in wire harness as well as the mounting nuts.
Note: This came out of a unit with the version serial range under BY8601, BY70xx to be specific. I am not sure if this part is properly compatible with serial number versions above or below this number. Verify by the photos and number stamped before purchase.
