BIGBANG is BACK! The highly anticipated 2012 full comeback album will be released worldwide on March 28th!!

In November of last year, the five members gathered at the largest music awards in Europe, the MTV EUROPE MUSIC AWARDS 2011, where they won the "Worldwide Act" award. Then, in January 2012, to celebrate YG ENTERTAINMENT’s 15th anniversary, BIGBANG made their full comeback with a performance at the YG Family Concert in Japan, which drew about 160,000 fans across four shows. After an 8-month hiatus, they made their grand return. BIGBANG, without a doubt, represents Asia as one of the most iconic monster groups. Finally, the much-awaited new album ALIVE will be released in Japan on March 28th.

This album will be the first CD release from BIGBANG under the newly established Japanese label "YGEX." As part of the "YG" brand, which has created global movements with "YGPOP," the "EX" represents the "EXPERIENCE" and "EXCLUSIVE" nature of the label, offering a highly polished album with top-tier songs and visuals.

[CD] This album features 9 brand-new tracks, all written and composed by leader G-DRAGON. The Japanese version of "FANTASTIC BABY," with lyrics by VERBAL (m-flo), along with Japanese versions of "BLUE" and "BAD BOY," are included. Additionally, it includes 2 new tracks that were not on the mini-album ALIVE released in Korea on February 29th, bringing the total to 5 Japanese versions. The album also includes a bonus track, the Japanese version of "HaruHaru," for a total of 10 tracks.

[DVD] Type A [DISC1] and Type B feature making-of footage of the recording and jacket photoshoot, as well as behind-the-scenes footage from the music video shoots for "FANTASTIC BABY," "BLUE," and "BAD BOY" in New York. It also includes long interviews with the members and a one-hour special behind-the-scenes documentary of BIGBANG.

Additionally, Type A [DISC2] and Type C will feature the music videos for "FANTASTIC BABY -Ver.0-," "BLUE," and "BAD BOY," as well as a collection of commercials titled "BIGBANG IS BACK."
