SIGMA 38F12D: KERA-FLEX EXT unit with 75D disc set up for standard grinder, M14 thread connection.

By sliding on the Kera-Cut cutting guide, the “KERA-FLEX” allows saw cutting, with a diamond disc, of tiles with a thickness of up to 25 mm both dry and wet. Simply remove the Kera-Cut incision carriage and apply the KERA-FLEX.
The carriage unit slides on wheels covered in wear-resistant plastic material and extremely durable double ball bearings.
Easy adjustment of the cutting depth, set up for dust extraction and for wet cutting with “Waterkit” (optional).
It is possible to connect any grinder up to 1400W thanks to its universal M14 connection and use a disc up to 125 mm in diameter.

Thanks to the depth stop you will not run the risk of cutting the workbench, and you can work with complete peace of mind.
- Improved stabilization system through the application of 2 wheels that slide in contact with the tile. In case of cutting wavy tiles or with an irregular surface it is possible to exclude/raise the wheels (which would produce an anomalous oscillation of the disc).
- Display of the overall dimensions of the disc during cutting through a dedicated external sticker.
- Predisposition for any grinder with M14 connection.
- Complete with Sigma 75D diamond disc (diameter 125 mm, hole 22.2 mm, thickness 1.4 mm) for materials from 5 to 25 mm.
