5) ** We do not test nor warrant water resistance on pre-owned watches. If you intend to submerge, take to an authorized service center or directly to Citizen to have gasket professionally replaced/re-sealed and pressure tested for water resistance. Changing a battery usually ruptures this seal. We do not accept returns for water damage... and do not use in hot water regardless (showers, jacuzzis, washing dishes, cars, etc.) The water temperature will expand and destroy this gasket and make vulnerable to water seepage through crown and crystal.
