KERA-CUT EXT art.8AE3: cutting equipment for large format tiles.
The aluminum guide, fixed to the tile by means of 51F suction cups (stain-proof, freely positionable, also suitable for rough surfaces), allows the carriage to slide with an incision wheel.
The carriage sliding on hardened tracks has wheels covered in wear-resistant plastic material with double ball bearings.
The new incision carriage has a larger lever: the push with a two-handed lever allows a very deep incision.
The separation is then carried out with the supplied pliers. With this system, even tiles thicker than 7mm can be cut (soft porcelain stoneware only).
The guides in the lower part are covered with non-slip and stain-proof rubber. 3-point guide joint in high-precision steel: the steel connection joint with a diameter of 19mm and a length of 480mm guarantees great rigidity and straightness of the assembled extruded profiles.
For transport, the guides and all the accessories are contained in the two cases provided.
Alternatively, to cut thicker and particularly hard materials, a grinder trolley (optional) allows a sawn cut with a diamond disc.
