1864 $3 The North River Bank note from Hoboken, New Jersey.

This bank only operated from 1864 until it closed around 1866.

This note is PCGS Banknote Graded Fine 12 with "Minor Internal Damage" noted. It has many small pinholes and the holes on the bottom left.
