Shipping - Item will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail.  Inquire about other shipping methods PRIOR to purchase.  Once the item leaves our hands we are at the mercy of the USPS.  Please do not take their failure out on us.  

Payment - Payment is due at auction end.  Failure to pay for item within four days will result in an unpaid item case being opened. 

Best Offers - Best Offer is used for those who purchase more than one item.  Low Ball offers will be declined, no exceptions. Low ball offers will get you added to our blocked buyer list. Be FAIR when making offers.   Best Offers may not be considered when items are on sale or during promotions. 


Feedback - Feedback will be left upon receipt of feedback.  If an issue does arise please contact me through eBay messaging to resolve.  We strive for five star ratings.


Returns - We require ALL items to be returned in order to process a refund.  We will no longer be issuing partial refunds to buyers.  If the item is not returned to us, a refund will NOT be issued. No exceptions.  All item(s) MUST be returned in the original shipping box.  If item is not returned in the original shipping box, a refund will NOT be issued.  If a return is requested due to buyers remorse (“changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake”), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that your item gets damaged during shipping, please upload photos of the damage to the item, but also the damage to the shipping materials and shipping container.  These photos are required to document all damage. 

International Buyers - All duty & import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping charges are not free for international buyers.  Please inquire PRIOR to purchase for a shipping quote.

Business Hours - Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PM. All orders will ship out within one business day of receiving payment; unless there is a problem with your order, in which you will be contacted. If you purchase an item on a Friday, it will be mailed out on Monday. All messages will be answered during normal business hours. If you contact us over the weekend, please allow until Monday morning for us to respond.
