Shipping will be by USPS Priority mail unless otherwise noted. In most cases, shipping is by weight AND package dimensions. USPS has recently changed the way they measure and weight packages. DIM weight is now in play which means that the box size matters. If I ship a 1 pound pillow in an oversized box, I will have to pay more than the 1 pound weight because the box is taking up so much room.
Any one dimension over 12 inches will be considered a LARGE PACKAGE and may incur additional shipping charges. I will be happy to send you the weight and size of any item I sell so you can check out the costs yourself. In some cases, if you overpay for shipping, I will send the excess back to you by PayPal. 
I will combine shipping if requested!  I will package your purchase very carefully to ensure that it will arrive safely. I send your item in the exact condition specified in the description. If it does not work or is broken upon delivery, PLEASE file a USPS insurance claim through their web site. USPS Priority mail has insurance on it covering up to $100, and if your item's value is more than $100, I will add Auctiva insurance.

If it is not acceptable, I will not sell it. Some items that have issues but are still usable will be listed BUT, I will list and photograph all defects I can find. I sell good clean items. I will photograph serial numbers or marks so you know what item you are getting. I also do this so that if the item comes back to me for any reason, I want to make sure it was what I had sent out! Some unscrupulus buyers (yes, they are out there) will buy an item from me and once received, return their broken item to me saying they received it broken. I know better and will challenge this with Ebay!

Buyers Remorse is a valid reason for a return, but please indicate that as a reason and pay the shipping to return it. DO NOT SAY THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE JUST TO MAKE ME PAY SHIPPING! Recently, several items came back to me working perfectly. 

I clean most items but only for photos, they might need better cleaning, especially food use items. My home is clean, we dont smoke and I have a dog but for every item I have, I dont know where they came from. New items are new, not re-shrink-wrapped by me. I cannot guarantee that others didn't. 

With this being said, I try to examine each item closely for cracks or chips. My eyes are not the best as they used to be and I might miss something so look at the pictures carefully. 

I am a small business owner, retired public service worker and an honest seller. I am trying to maintain my household after being forced out of full time employment by medical issues. Half pension is not paying the bills so I now do this full time to support my 2 disabled sons and rescue Shepard/Lab mix who needs a special diet to live. My feedback reflects my committment to providing you with quality items. I search through reseller shops, auctions and flea markets to find great quality items. Some may not be new but with an item being used, you can purchase it for much less even though it may be like new!
