Measures approximately 7" X 12", this black & white page/print does have another image on the reverse. Light wear along edge; binding holes are left are unharmed/untorn; hard wrinkle from storage at top corner by binding holes; light soiling in form of a fingerprint just over Adelaide, but Chase side clean.

Burr McIntosh Monthly was bound with a string, thus the binding and staple holes near one of the edges, and the publication encouraged readers to pull their prints for framing, going so far as to offer their own specially sized frames and mats. Complete issues are rare. So, I continued what our 1908 reader had started and split this one up for you with the suggestion buy it, mat it, frame it, it'll look great!
