I mistakenly ordered the faucet without the baffle to cover the 3 holes in my sink, when I reached out to inquire where I could get one the company graciously offered to ship one no charge. Amazing customer s ervice from start to finish and the product is solid. No leaks after a week of use. The instructions were easy to follow. Install took 30 minutes once the previous faucet was removed.
