The item on offer is a First Day Cover relating to the Sixth Anniversary of the Regional Development Council (RCD) and was produced by the Pakistan Post Office. The stamps display a date of 21-7-70. The postmark presents a date of 31-7-70 and states 'Philatelic Counter, Rawalpindi'.
The reverse of the envelope is bank and it is unsealed, with the gum intact. There was no insert for this FDC.
This item has resided within our family collection since time of issue, hence the good condition. It has been kept in a moisture-free and smoke-free environment.
