This quilt is a true work of art and was found in a collectors estate. It still has the starchiness that only comes with fabric when it is new and is signed by its creator, carolyn G klasnlier ck#60. 11/96. The last name could be misspelt. It's thought to have come from a catholic or Lutheran boarding school or convent possibly. The names on the back are both genders, it's high quality, thick and measures about 83"x66". This looks like it has never been actually used as the material is still crisp and has a new feel to it. There are no stains, marks or tares of any kind. Someone spent 100’s of hours making this one, it is extremely detailed with a lot of high quality stick work and many pieces of different material comprising the entire well insulated quilt. If anyone know more about this, please share.
