1. Product will be shipped within 2 business days after full payment is received and verified. Delivery Time is about 3-7 business days to most  of countries.
2. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS  or FedEx from our US warehouse and usually arrives to your door in about  3-5 business days.
3. We ship the package to your shipping address in eBay. Please tell us your shipping address if it is different from the one in eBay.
4. The tracking  number will be given for the customer to check the shipping status online (registered or faster service only).
5. We are not  responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please verify and  update your shipping address on eBay during checkout.

1. You have 30 days to contact us and 10 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and item custom lable.
3. We will refund your full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.

2. Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your eBay ID. we do not repair or replace items with an expired warranty.

Payments are expected within 7 days  after the last winning auction is closed; Otherwise Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay.
