Used sean sexton bmx frame. Frame has been spray painted a few times. There is grind damage and some dents on bottom tube etc. The chain tensioners work, but sometimes need an allen wrench because of paint over spray. Seat clamp bolt works good. No cracks that I can see on the frame. Some rust here and there. I measured center of seat tube and head tube to get 21 inches.  Worked great, just got a different frame. Has 13.65 back end slammed.
