HOW TO TAKE KAUNCH BEEJ 

1. Kaunch beej Churna or Powder
A. With Honey
i. Take ¼ - ½ teaspoon of Kaunch beej powder.
ii. Add honey to it.
iii. Have it preferably after lunch and dinner.
iv. Replace honey with lukewarm water or milk if you are diabetic.
