One pair of 3D Printed adjustable (rotating) air vents to replace the fixed factory footwell vents on Defenders from 1983 to 2006MY (Pre-Puma/TDCi). Unfortunately these are not compatible with the Land Rover air conditioning unit fitted to the lower dash.

The factory footwell vents only point downwards with a small amount of airflow directed up at the driver/passenger, these will allow you to position both vents in the front of the car throughout 360 degrees wherever you choose. Not only can these direct warm air up at the driver and passenger, they can also be directed towards the side windows in wet/cold weather for demisting. Positioned straight up they provide a much more even heat to the cabin. Of course they can replicate the standard functionality for footwell heating also.

We have spent the winter trialling these on our own Defender 110 TD5, through rain, snow, typical Defender condensation and these have really made the car a lot more comfortable to be in. If you have ever thought the standard Defender Fan appears to just be making noise, you might be surprised how powerful it is when you can direct the airflow to where you want it - I rarely find myself using Fan speed 2 anymore for example. The balance between screen and footwell airflow is also much more improved in my opinion.

Inspired by other products on the market, these are completely my own design, because I wanted to add more directional control, and mimic the OEM part appearance so that they don't stand out too much, whilst still providing much increased functionality.
