This porcelain, decorative plate comes from the Franklin Mint Roses of Capodimonte line of collectibles.  This plate features a clean, white Bisque finish, and is adorned with yellow roses attached to vibrant green stems.  This plate comes with the original, clear display stand, as pictured here.

This plate is in great condition with no chips, cracks or repairs made, and was stored in the original foam packaging.
