Postal Advice:

  • Production time is approx 1-2 business days.
  • Items are posted for FREE using 2nd class Royal Mail service. This service usually takes 2-3 working days for delivery.
  • If you require a faster service there is the option to upgrade to 1st class post - however please be advised that delays can occur, especially during busy periods, so this faster service is NOT guaranteed.
  • I strongly advise to order any toppers you need in good time to ensure you are not disappointed should there be a delay with the post.
  • Once your order leaves my studio, it is in the hands of the Royal Mail service. Delays are therefore out of my control, so please be patient. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please get in touch via eBay messages and I will endeavour to help as much as I can. However Royal Mail do not consider an item to be classed as lost until 20 working days has elapsed
  • I also offer the option to upgrade to guaranteed next day delivery - this will ensure your delivery will arrive the following day - perfect for those last minute orders you need in a hurry!
  • Postage is combined for multiple items.
