Grimaldi-Siosa Lines: A fold-out (16.5" by 22.5") deck plan and interiors brochure from 1965 for the IRPINIA. Just a few years earlier the ship had been radically updated from the 1929 French liner CAMPANA into a sleek emigrant-hauler to the Caribbean.
Plans show seven decks covering a small First Class and a much larger Tourist Class. There is a squeeze of little two-person cabins down on A and B decks, but the accommodations were an upgrade from the emigrant dormitories that used fill the space.
Color photos from First Class show the Promenade Deck, Children's Playroom, Ballroom, Wintergarden, Swimming Pool, Dining Salon, and a large cabin.
Tourist Class images include the Swimming Pool, Children's Playroom, Veranda Bar, views of two different Dining Salons, Ballroom, and two different cabins.
Very good condition.
