Recommendations

For a creamy, restaurant-quality risotto, start with 1 cup (200g) of Arborio rice for every 4 cups (1 litre) of stock or broth. 

Heat a little olive oil or butter in a pan, sauté onions, garlic, or other aromatics, then add the rice and lightly toast for 1–2 minutes. 

Gradually add warm stock, one ladle at a time, stirring frequently and letting the rice absorb the liquid before adding more. 

Continue for 18–20 minutes until the rice is tender yet slightly firm, and the texture is rich and creamy. 

Finish with your choice of ingredients, mushrooms, seafood, vegetables, or cheese for a perfectly balanced, flavourful dish. 

This premium Arborio rice also works beautifully in creamy rice puddings, casseroles, or any dish where a soft, luscious texture is desired.
