• UHMW , also known as high molecular weight polyethylene. Ultra High Molecular weight polyethylene is an extremely high abrasion resistant material.
• UHMW resist wear . friction and corrosion and thus it cuts maintenance costs , energy consumption and extends equipment life. UHMW molecular weight ranges from 3.1 million to 100 million grams per mole , with an ideal replacement for stainless steel in transporting difficult materials .
• UHMW -PE has crystalline melting point of 267F (131C). Recommended maximum service is about 200F (93C)
