Vintage Rare Electrician's 10000v Slotted Offset Screwdriver made in Germany. The model is H1410. This screwdriver is designed for electricians with a slotted tip and can handle up to 10000 volts. It has an offset design for convenient use in tight spaces.

As you can see from the last photo, the screwdriver tip can be completely removed from the screw, locking base. If you could find other attachments for this, you could obviously insert them into the screwdriver and lock them down, but this is the only tip that I have.
