All items in Evietherecycler's eBay Shop are eligible for free local pickup. Simply add your items to your cart and select the "Local Pickup" shipping option at checkout. Please allow at least two hours after your purchase for your order to be ready. You will receive a message once your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup hours are Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM PT. Follow the signs to our designated technology pickup area, and an employee will assist you at the door.
Due to limited storage space, local pickup orders will only be held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within this window will be canceled without a refund.
The best way to reach us is through eBay?s messaging system. Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM PT to assist you.
We offer free and easy returns within 30 days of purchase, except for items listed AS-IS. To start a return, use eBay?s return process. Return shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.
For local returns, items can be dropped off during pickup hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM PT.

Please note: For certain electronic products containing lithium batteries, we are required to ship using USPS Ground instead of Priority Mail to comply with shipping regulations.
