They came straight from the mint, rolled and wrapped separately from all of the circulated coins to make sure all rolls are 100% 2024 D coins. 

Other rolls do have a chance to have circulated or other dates mixed in as they just dump all the coin into the machines. They do not care if it is mixed and the banks do not either.
