For center consoles with automatic transmissions ONLY. THIS DOES NOT FIT MANUAL TRANSMISSION CONSOLES.

THIS ITEM REQUIRES CAREFUL CUTTING and removal of the existing ashtray section of center console shifter plate. Also required is the trimming of the hidden plastic inner flange of the console by about a quarter inch to make room for the two cup sleeves. Recommended cutting tool is a Dremel rotary tool with a cut-off wheel at low speed. Instructions for cutting are included.

NOTE: The left side cup holder is slightly shorter than the right to provide clearance for the automatic transmission linkage on the left.  

NOTE: FOR 82-84 Camaros  these cup holders provide space for the original automatic transmission rigid curved shifter dust cover strip (instead of the later model 'rolltop' dust strip). There is enough gap for the cover strip to pass between the cup sleeves when the shifter is in 'Park'. However, part of the forward strip "guide" may also need trimming.

Re-use the four existing factory installed 3/4 inch long torx head bolts, from the ash tray console, to fasten/secure the bracket.

This item is constructed from 3D printed and injection molded parts using quality two part plastic structural adhesive. While we strive to produce a perfect 3D printed part, some edges or corners might not be "perfect" with a minor blemish or two.

THIS WILL FIT ThirdGen Chevrolet Camaro MODEL YEARS:  1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992. These will NOT FIT any other year/model GM F-body or other car.
