Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply contact customer service to return your item back to us in the same condition it was delivered, and we would be happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price (MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT). We are also pleased to pay for the shipping. Your item may only be returned as long as you have not worn or sized it. All new items may be returned within 90 days of their delivery date.
All returns are contingent upon an inspection by our Returns Department. The Returns Department must confirm that the item is unworn, undamaged, unaltered.

WARRANTY

For ATOTO car stereo products, the warranty period for products purchased from ATOTO online store or authorized ATOTO dealers is 365 days from t he date of purchase (purchasing proofs like order number/transaction ID from the marketplace, invoice, purchasing receipt are required). For the optional accessories working with ATOTO car stereo products, the warranty period is 6months from the date of purchase.

Free extra 6-month extended warranty for specified orders

All ATOTO Car Stereo/Radio products are applicable for this extra limited 6-month extended warranty bonus if the user's warranty registration request is submitted within 14 days after the order is placed and can be approved. So there are two criteria for being covered by this extended warranty offer:

Users submit the warranty registration request within 14 days after the original order was placed (not the date of product arrival);

The warranty registration request has all the required information and is finally approved by ATOTO Support Team

Usually your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after payment.
We have multiple warehouse in United States, item may ship from California or others, please kindly understand.
Normally we ship the item via shipping method which you choose from the item page. But for some special case, because of peak season or other specified reasons, we may contact you for shipping method change.
Please provide correct full shipping address, postal code and telephone number to avoid shipping delay or being charged with additional cost.If delivery address is remote area in the relevant shipping company's system, additional USD15-50.00 will be charged for remote area delivery.
