The Childrens Place Girls Light Blue Uniform Dress Size 5/6.  Length from shoulder down to the bottom is 22.5".  Width from armpit to armpit laying flat is 12".  This was used as a uniform, however, looks cute for casual and play.  Slight wear.  Not bad.
