Synopsis
The Gintama manga was written by Hideaki Sorachi for Shonen Jump, and the anime version was produced by Sunrise/Bandai Namco. It's basically his postmodern comedy that combines historical drama and sci-fi. In other words, not only historical episodes of samurai and ninja, but also space monsters and aliens. Everything that can make you laugh is packed into the bundle.
