Discounts can be applied across all store listings with the same discount type. Cards under $4/ea will be shipped in a soft sleeve, semi-rigid cardboard holder, and plain white envelope (PWE). Cards over $4/ea will be shipped in a top loader in a semi-rigid cardboard envelope.
