It's a 6-meal feeder, but only 5 times to set? Only 5 meals can be programmed?
The open tray in the front is ready for the pet to eat, which can't be set. And you can set the other 5 meals which are under the fixed cover.
How much can the feeder hold? Capacity of the feeder?
There are 6 compartments on the tray and each compartment holds ½ lb. of food.
Where to buy the replacement ice packs? /How to deal with the distortion of ice packs
Please search B0C1H1JKVK on Amazon. Slight distortion won't affect normal use. Put the ice packs at room temperature for a few hours and the shape of them will return to normal. Place them horizontally in the freezer to prevent distortion.
How long does a full charge take? / Battery Red Light Instruction
A full charge takes 6-8 hours. The screen will be off when charging. The battery icon disappears: fully charged; flashes: low battery. Can't charge: ensure the adapter is 5V2A, and plug it into a wall socket. Also, confirm the cable is not broken.
Can pets hack it and eat all the food?
Please latch the tabs on the top and prevent the feeder from being pried off.
