We use eco-friendly packaging that is fully recyclable and made in the USA.

All of our pieces are packaged perfectly for gifting! Pandora Jewelry comes with Pandora Gift Packaging. ALEX and ANI in the brand name box. All other jewelry pieces comes in SPRKL brand name jewelry box. Please let us know at checkout if any one of your pieces is a gift and we will package it individually-otherwise, we try to be as eco-friendly as possible and package multiple items together in one box. We also include a small, blank note for you

To make it easy to send directly, we’d love to hand write your short note on a little card that’ll go inside the box. At checkout, leave your message…and don’t forget to say who it’s from!

Nope! We don’t include any order information in the packaging, so don’t worry - if you’re purchasing a gift for someone, all they’ll receive is their beautifully gift-wrapped jewelry.  

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email from us once your pieces are on their way.

To check the estimated arrival time for each piece, click “View Order Details” in your Purchase History - this will take you to your order status page.

As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation. It will contain the tracking number that also will be added under “Purchases” and will allow you to track your shipment and estimated delivery date.

We ship worldwide using eBay International Shipping program. Though the usual transit time for international orders is between 7-15 days, please keep in mind that these times can vary greatly.

If you’ve received your shipping confirmation and your package is still moving according to your tracking number, please be patient as sometimes the mail can be unpredictable! Let us know if you haven't received a package after it's marked delivered or you experience an unusual delay.

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. All items must be returned in the same condition they received with all tags attached.

Please “Contact Us” to start an exchange and we’ll provide you with a free return shipping label. Your replacement/exchange will be shipped as soon as your return will arrive at our warehouse.
