Payment

Payment is very easy & simple here at Autoteile, majority of our customers prefer to call and speak with a member of our team about the items they intend to purchase.

Our team can offer all information needed regarding our items and can also offer combined postage and further discount if you require more than one item!

We do not take over the phone payments unfortunately.

Payments must be made through Ebay using Paypal or credit card of some sort.




Delivery

Here at Autoteile we aim to dispatch all of our items on the same day of purchase, along with offering an excellent delivery service.

Our main courier on larger, heavier items is APC. Our smaller, lighter items under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail.

If you require an upgraded delivery service or Saturday delivery, please call us for a quotation.

Packaging


Here at Autoteile, we package our items as securely as possible. Heavy items will be boxed and lighter items will be bagged in heavy duty Jiffy bags or other strong postmail bags. However any parcels that have damaged packaging must be checked before accepting the parcel from the courier. We can not take any liability for any missing pieces or items as all our parcels are double checked before dispatch. Accepting a damaged/ripped/torn parcel means you accept liability for the goods. All international parcels will be boxed and very well secured. Any questions or upgrade in packaging please feel free to ask.

For UK-registered vehicles, please provide the UK registration (license plate) or chassis/VIN number. For non-UK registered vehicles, the chassis/VIN number is required. Even if the item appears correct, there may be multiple variations. Do not purchase until we have confirmed compatibility.
