About Hiplok DXXL
The DXXL is a Sold Secure Diamond Bike Lock. It consists of maximum-security D Lock and heavy-duty loop-end chain, built to withstand the toughest of attacks and carrying a Sold Secure Diamond rating.
Our maximum security Hiplok DX is a D-lock with a 14mm premium hardened steel shackle with double locking anti-twist tabs. The lightest Sold Secure Diamond rated D-lock, the DX features Hiplok?s patented CLIP + RIDE system for easy carry-on bag straps and belts ? no bracket required. Includes 3 x coded replaceable keys.
Our maximum security heavy-duty chain features a loop end to give extended locking length when used with a D-lock, making it suitable for multiple bicycle lock up.

Generally all goods dispatched will need to be signed for, so it is essential that there is someone in to receive the goods. Please ensure that address's shown are accurate and correspond to the post office official post code address to avoid goods going missing, or non delivery. We cannot be held responsible if these conditions are not adhered to.
Please note we will not dispatch to post office box numbers, or to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or Isle of Man- any bids placed on this basis will not be proccessed.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days, even if you've changed your mind. This does not apply to motorcycles where the machine has been inspected before purchase and payment.
Before return, you should advise us by e-mail, fax or telephone as soon as possible that you wish to return the goods, with the reason. please note that unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied original postage will not be refunded. All items must be returned in a saleable condition, with all relevant packaging tabs, visor films and labeling intact, adequately packed and using the original packaging if possible.
The buyer is responsible for all return postage and insurance costs. In case of any claims, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods should be retuned to our premises, clearly marked as to the problem and the original invoice attached, We will inspection then repair replacement or refund at the management's discretion. In these circumstances we will refund return postage costs.
We can also offer a collection service by courier for larger items for a cost of £10.00- please phone if this is required.
We recommend that all items to be returned are sent by a recordable method with a proof of delivery as we will not offer a refund for items which we have not received.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
