Very rare, especially boxed. These carts were exclusively released in Japan by Nintendo & allowed people to visit designated stores & pay to have game ROMs copied to the cart for less than retail price. This particular cart has Super Mario Collection on it along with the dedicated sticker (these were available in a magazine sold separately).
Cartridge has been tested and works fine on an NTSC-J machine (Buyer is responsible for checking compatibility with their console). Box is in excellent condition - I always aim to show any flaws in the photos, so please refer to these & buy with confidence knowing this is the condition you will receive the game in. Comes complete with the sticker set & safety notice, which many cheaper listings are missing.
