Refunds will be given under the following conditions: Email request for refund must be received within 30 days of receipt of item. Item must be returned uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and preferably in the original undamaged packaging. Buyer pays for original shipping and return shipping.

If the item in question is a blank key that arrives to you in good condition and then is miscut by your locksmith or hardware store....these situations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
