The MCA-PRO PREAMP system comes with the PulseCounter software and supports a wide variety of detectors such as alpha, beta, gamma, neutron, Geiger or x-ray scintillators and proportional counters. This system is ideal for high-resolution / high count-rate gamma and x-ray spectroscopy.

Thanks to the versatile user-configurable pulse processing algorithm, the MCA-PRO system can work with both positive and negative polarity pulses of just about any shape (triangular, Gaussian, step, ramp, etc).

Best of all, you can acquire data from two instruments at the same time (e.g. neutron and gamma probe, gamma and x-ray probe, etc.)
