Here is a rear chain guard mounting kit for the Harley Servi-cars. This kit is used to mount the inner chain guard (NOT INCLUDED) on the 1956 to 1973 Harley Servi-cars. The springs and hardware are positioned on the five studs that comprise the mounting points. These are three studs that hold the rear end casting together, the vertical stud on top of the sprocket cover and the horizontal stud attached to the lower front inner face of the inner chain guard. The latter one also accommodates the bracket in this kit. The slot goes over the stud and the hole mates up with a tab on the frame. This auction is for five spring kits and the bracket. This same mounting system was used on the earlier ('41 to '55) inner chain guards. The mounting points were the same, but the rear end studs did not accommodate the springs. Check our other auctions.
