Payment - Payment is due within 3 days of auctions close.  Items purchased through one of our store listings should be paid for at the time of purchase. 

Shipping - It is always our goal to ship all items on the next business day once your payment has been received (excluding weekends and holidays), and at the best possible rate.  We do offer calculated shipping if you have multiple purchases. 

Returns - Returns accepted within 30 days.   A full refund will be issued if it was our mistake. Refund minus shipping cost will be issued for exchanges or returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all International returns.
