Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii,  Puerto Rico and other states outside the 48 states will be subject to shipping surcharge. Prior to purchase, please contact me with area zipped code.   

Please provide an alternative and psychical street address.  We do NOT accept delivery to P.O. Boxes.  

Any International shipping will be processed through Ebay's Global Shipping Program.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped. Please call or email us as soon as possible within 24 hours if you decided to cancel an order so that we can cancel shipment. 

Returns 

It is recommended to contact us first for any questions or problems with the merchandise. You can leave a message for technical support. Please leave a message and your number if no one answers and we will get back to you. 

 Defective Merchandise

30 Day Return policy will apply for defective items, please review the description  or contact us with any questions on the use of this product prior to ordering.

After receiving the package, please inspect the item immediately. All our product are brand new and fully inspected prior to shipping. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately, and allow us to resolve any issues with the product directly before initiating a case through eBay.

In the event of damage upon receipt, please provide clear photos for documentation of any damage to assist in the claim. If you receive the package in poor condition due to the shipping company, please provide photos of the packaging as received as well. Your assistance will help us provide a quick and easy resolution in the unlikely event of problems.  We will also provide replacements for any parts that were damaged upon request.  Please also provide a clear photo for documentation. 

Please note that after 30 days, we can no longer accept returns, and unfortunately cannot make exceptions. If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible within 24 hrs after receipt, and we will provide you a refund or exchange.

All item with "Free Shipping" is subject to a 25% restock fee if returned. When returning a package it needs to be in its original packaging, with all accessories and filter cartridge unused. If any of these items are found to be missing, altered, damaged, or used, we will not be able to accept the returned items and the refund will be voided. So make sure not to throw anything away or use any of the accessories and cartridges before you know the item arrived in good condition!

Once the item tracking # shows delivered, we will not be able to accept any claims or follow up for lost packages.  Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, deliverable and in a safe area for delivery.
