This is a rare antique ammo box from WW1. It features wooden oak construction and finger jointed details. The box is a unique piece that would make a great addition to any collection.
May be missing dividers on the inside but still a very hard findThe cast iron side handle is the licking mechanism when you sit box on side and push handle in you can open box from the top. When you close lid and pull handle out for care the box hinge locks in place.
There is a bullet hole through the box, show enter and exit hole. Adds to the character of the box. Please see pictures they are part of description and include measurements.
