We accept ebay allows payment method.

2.We ship to your eBay address. Please make sure your eBay address is correct before you pay.

Delivery details

1.We ship within 2 business days via SpeedPAK. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

2.We do not change your shipping address by email. Pls make sure your address is correct before checking out and making payment.

3.The delivery time depends on the carrier and Transit time may vary, particularly on the holiday’s season; sometimes it will be a little delay due to the custom checking and the shipper's handling time. All the items will be dispatched by SpeedPAK .We take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

Normally it will take 15-25 working days to US,15-35 working days to UK / Auatralia / Canada , 18-35 working days to Europe, to Other Countries.

4.The final price includes product price, shipping & handling. However, Import duties, Local taxes and any other importation fees are not included. Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred.

Terms of sales

1. Each phone case is produced individually per your request. We are not able to resell such stock therefore we do not accept returns if you choose wrong model of the case or approve preview. Before to order, please check exactly what is your phone model. Please inspect preview carefully if you were sent one.

2. Returns for full refund or replacement are accepted within 30 days after the buyer receives the item (Excluding contrived damagement or misusage). & Returned item must be new & original condition without installation damage or marks. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange, no exception! Please contact us to get the correct return address before any returns!

3. All products will be checked carefully before shipping. However, if any item is defective upon receipt, Please contact us for a solution immediately before return it back! Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. We are not responsible if the buyer orderd the wrong model or offered a wrong shipping address.
