The first time I saw this cardigan I thought, "very nice" (I was comparing it to the heavy ribbed one). But taking photographs and looking at it again you realise, it is sublimely elegant and designed to be simply that.
It is summer/spring evening attire, in my mind, worn best with a simple white t-shirt and blue denim or thrown on after a long day by the pool and worn with trunks.
As a garment its sole purpose is to give you a wonderful silhouette, a feeling of refinement, so you look your best, effortlessly.
In that regard it is a garment of pure luxury, worn simply for the pleasure of feeling good, but then that is the purpose of luxury.
